Refund / Cancellation Policy

eSIM Technology

Customers have the right to request a refund or replacement of an eSIM if it cannot be installed or used due to technical issues.

1.1. REFUNDS AND CANCELLATION

1.1.1. POLICIES AND GUIDELINES

1.1.2. Refund requests must be made within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase, provided that activation is no longer possible after extensive collaborative troubleshooting.

1.1.3. To be eligible for a refund, customers must cooperate with our support team in resolving the issue promptly.

1.1.4. No refund will be offered for any remaining data when the validity period of a data package expires.

1.1.5. We do not offer refunds or compensation for charges incurred from alternate phones, alternate SIM cards, alternate providers, hotel phones, or other charges not directly linked to the customer’s eSIM account.

1.1.6. In cases of fraudulent purchases, we reserve the right to refuse refunds if there is evidence of abuse, violation of our Terms and Conditions, or any fraudulent activity related to the use of our products and services.

1.1.7. For unauthorized purchases, refund requests will be subject to investigation and approval before processing. We also reserve the right to suspend any account associated with fraudulent activity.

1.1.8. Accidental purchases: Once customers have installed the eSIM, it will be considered used, and no refunds will be offered.

1.1.9. If a customer reasonably and in good faith disputes an invoice or part of it, they must notify us of the dispute within twelve (12) days of receiving the invoice. They should provide details of why the invoiced amount is incorrect and, if possible, the amount they believe is due.

1.1.10.Replacements: eSIMs purchased exclusively with credits earned from vouchers etc. can be replaced within 30 days from the date of purchase.

1.1.11. Refund requests that fall outside the above criteria will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If approved, a processing fee may apply. The maximum refund amount cannot exceed the total amount paid by the customer.
