Before you go

You can permanently delete your account after choosing a reason and sharing a few extra details (optional) so we can improve.

• ✓Your account deletion request will take 7 days to process.
• ✓Logging back into your account will cancel the account deletion process.
• ✓Your eSIMs and any remaining available data on your active packages will be disabled.
• ✓Any refunds will be processed as per Refund Policy.
• ✓All your personal information will be deleted except the information that must be stored according to our privacy policy.
• ✓Once your account deletion request has been processed, your account will no longer be retrievable.
