Delete My Account

Before starting your account deletion process, please make sure that you understand

• Your account deletion request will take 7 days to process.
• Logging back into your account will cancel the account deletion process.
• Your eSIMs and any remaining available data on your active packages will be disabled.
• Any refunds will be processed as per Refund Policy
• All your personal information will be deleted except the information that must be stored according to our privacy policy.
• Once your account deletion request has been processed, your account will no longer be retrievable.
